On Friday 15th December I will be launching an online training platform with my inaugural course, "Return and Rise™".

This course leads career returners through a 4-part, 10 strategy plan to prepare for, and nail, a successful career break return, and pave the way for future career progression.

It provides a practical, step by step guide to

  • Getting focused and organized
  • Communicating and networking effectively
  • Identifying goals and purpose
  • Improving resilience/ mindset
  • Boosting confidence
  • Achieving career ambitions

During the course delegates will learn how to

  • navigate a successful return, and
  • achieve improved results around:
    • confidence,
    • balance, and
    • career progression.

Resources remain available for 18 months for ongoing reference/ assistance throughout the entirety of the career break, from career break announcement through to return and career progression conversations beyond.
