I would wholeheartedly recommend Nikki and I say that as someone who was something of a coaching cynic at the beginning! Her process would be useful to anyone who wants to develop their legal career but in particular those seeking to refocus after a career break, perhaps after having children (as in my case).
Nikki is friendly and approachable, but also keeps the coaching on track in a professional manner so as to maximise the benefit. As an ex-barrister and one who experienced coaching before she left the Bar, she really understands the Bar and the legal world, the realities of that work, and the pressures faced day to day, at the same time as being able to suggest practical tips and encourage self-reflection for continued development. Nikki is also adaptable to a client’s personal needs and appreciates that one size does not fit all.
